Re: A new Lexmark laser printer which we suspected had a bad fuser but which turned out just to need a good Windexing. Well That is crazy!! Do not fell stupid now I will feel stupid for not telling you that. (Well we did not know about the glass thing) I have seen that on those color lasers 4500; they had a glass to clean but heck that model is over 10 years old. I am glad it was under warranty;...
